Extremely Poor Service and Zero Communication

This experience has been extremely disappointing. I paid the full amount in advance and expected the product to be delivered on time. However, the courier company informed me that they do not deliver to my location, so the shipment was returned to the source. The returned package reached you on Monday, 24th November 2025.

I have been following up continuously since that day to understand the next steps and the status of my order. Today is 28th November 2025, and I still have not received any update from your side. Despite this, you expect me to provide feedback on the product, which I have not even received.

This level of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I request that you resolve this immediately.
